Simon Maskrey

As Global Partner Manager for Trailhead, Salesforce’s training and certification organization, Simon is responsible for Trailhead Academy Authorised Training Provider program.

Simon has 30 years of multi-national experience within the IT training industry, in a number of cross functional leadership positions for organizations such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and Avid Technologies. 

Amanda Sleight

Amanda is the AWS Consulting Partner lead for EMEA.

In her current role she shapes the partner ecosystem needed to support AWS customers by recruiting, on-boarding and building long term sustainable partnerships with organisations across the region.

Prior to joining AWS she worked at SAP where she led the Global S4/HANA Cloud channel and spent 18 years at Microsoft in various sales and channel roles across EMEA.

Dr Evaristus Mainsah

Evaristus is General Manager, IBM Hybrid Cloud & Edge Ecosystem. In this role he leads the IBM ecosystem team working with technology hardware manufacturers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to put his partners first and enable them to deliver value to their clients by taking advantage of IBM’s hybrid multicloud platform.
 
This includes offerings such as Red Hat OpenShift, the IBM Cloud Platform, the highly differentiated Financial Services ready public Cloud including the ISV partners that are certified on it, and IBM’s Telco and enterprise 5G/Edge ecosystem.

Gillian Lamela

Gillian is an Engineering Delivery Lead at Barclays who focuses on accelerated cloud migration, developer productivity strategy, innovation, and cost optimization in Markets and Corporate Banking businesses.

In 2019, she co-founded the Barclays Women In Technology Europe network whose platform to inspire and empower women across to achieve their career aspirations in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.

Gillian has also received recognition throughout her career including 2020 TechWomen100, Top 3 Networks, Microsoft nomination for Computer Weekly’s Most Influential Women in UK Tech and can be seen in several publications.

Sanjay Gidwani

After 6 years working for Salesforce culminating in the position of VP, Success Cloud, Sanjay joined Copado as the Senior Vice President, Growth.

He’s now Copado’s COO and manages Operations and Customer Success.

Sanjay’s leadership helps guide organizations on their journey through the 5 levels of DevOps maturity to better utilize the power of the Salesforce platform.

Anna Brailsford

Anna is CEO of Code First Girls and board member for the Institute of Coding, leading Code First Girls to teach 20,000 women to code before the end of 2020. Before joining CFG Anna was the CEO and co-founder of Founders Factory incubated EdTech startup Frisbee.

Prior to that, Anna was the Commercial Director of Lynda.com and LinkedIn.

When LinkedIn acquired Lynda for $1.5 Billion in April 2015, she became part of the fourth-largest acquisition in social media history and subsequently contributed to the creation of LinkedIn Learning.

Tia Dubuisson

Tia co-founded Belle Fleur Technologies to drive cloud adoption and help companies build and maintain modern infrastructures. 
 
She specializes in customer success with over 10 years of experience managing teams, and leading customer-centric projects using Agile methodologies.
 
She is passionate about transforming data into business insights and working to automate manual tasks to empower employees to drive business rather than spreadsheets. 

Tonia Edwards

Tonia is a Salesforce Certified Administrator who has been in the ecosystem for over 10 years, starting as an end user implementing Salesforce.

In her current role, she focuses on creative delivery staffing solutions, including efforts around diversity and inclusion.

Tonia has led the PolSource partnership with organizations like the Revolent Group as part of the PolSource Pledge 1% volunteer initiatives. 

Sacha Thompson

Sacha is the founder of The Equity Equation, LLC, a diversity coaching and consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. 

Sacha’s work is about removing barriers or providing support in order to get to a place of equality. She helps executives and leaders have that important dialogue, and coach them to the necessary, long-term changes that develop institutional cultures of DEI.

Sacha received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology concentrating from The College of William and Mary, and also has a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.

Jeanne Cuff

An IT support consultant and leader, Jeanne has over 20 years of senior leadership and consulting roles in operations, human resources, network, and SaaS, working to build and implement best of class support services on and offshore.

For the past three years, Jeanne has channeled her passion to increase the number of women in IT through her volunteer work with the Chicago chapter of Chicktech.org. She is also the driving force behind ISG’s newest podcast, Digital Dish, with monthly episodes releases as part of the Women in Digital initiative.

Nima Bakhtiary

Nima, one of the founders of Arbela Technologies, has been President and CEO since October of 2006. Under his leadership, the organization has become trusted advisors delivering high-value business and technology consulting services to companies around the world. In 2016, 2018, and 2020, the Orange County Business Journal named Arbela as one of the “Best Places to Work in Orange County” and in 2016 recognized Nima as a finalist for “Innovator of the Year”.

Siobhan Nicholson

Siobhan is a Client Technical Leader for IBM within UK Public Sector focusing on Healthcare and Life Sciences. She has 26 years of working in the IT Industry across multiple sectors and roles from development, design, Enterprise Architecture, Innovation Lead and, in her current role, as a Client Technical Leader.

Siobhan’s main responsibilities are to build and maintain a technical relationship with senior IT leaders within both her Public Sector clients. This includes building an understanding of her client’s environment, strategic direction and technical challenges and leveraging IBM’s technical resources for the benefit of her client.

Outside of work. Siobhan represents GB, in her age group, at the annual world tennis championships and is the current holder of the 50s World Championships Doubles title.

Pamela Mead

Pamela joined SumUp in fall 2019 to head up Design – Product, Brand and User Research – with global responsibility. Since joining she has started building user research as a foundational practice for all product, marketing and design work; and laying the narrative for SumUp’s UX strategy.
 
Pamela has spent the last 15 years building design teams and practices in companies as diverse as Delivery Hero, HERE Technologies, Telefonica, and Yahoo!.
 
Her work has always focused on working with emerging technologies to create meaningful products and services that have a positive impact on people’s lives. She is a passionate leader who empowers teams to find ways to solve the right problems in ways that delight through their simplicity, effectiveness and integrity.
 
She is currently exploring the intersection between design, research and data. She believes it is essential that designers participate deeply in building new practices that incorporate design ethics, as well as social and cultural implications in anticipating the future(s) we are creating.

John Zemonek

John is the Managing Partner of Aligned Technology Group based out of Raleigh, North Carolina which focuses on helping clients identify and implement technology that drives their business.
 
Prior to launching Aligned, John served as a technology consultant with Accenture supporting NA Health and Public Service clients as they navigated their journey to the cloud. 
 
John is an avid offshore fisherman and enjoys traveling with his wife and three children.

Duduzile Jele

Duduzile is a Senior Technology Business Analyst at Aviva. She has worked on strategic digital initiatives that have helped keep Aviva competitive in the growing IT space.

A diversity advocate, Duduzile saw an opportunity to attract, support and invest in female talent within Aviva IT – she helped launch Aviva’s Women in IT London Network in 2019.

Prior to Aviva, Duduzile worked in Fintech as an Engagement Manager and Investment Technology expert servicing top-tier hedge fund clients across the globe. She has also worked on Tech focussed projects at companies such as Google, Goldman Sachs and Thomson Reuters.

Duduzile holds an honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol. She is also an ambassador for Save the Children and has been a speaker for the Charity for over 10 years.

Emma Jones

Emma’s career in talent acquisition, management and strategy spans over 25 years across global markets. Originally from London, Emma has lived and worked in the UK, US and for the last decade, Australia.

It was in her role as Global Head of Talent for a fast growth Australian SaaS firm that Emma experienced first-hand the challenges around building gender-balanced technology teams.

Emma went on to found prolific talent strategy consultancy Future Of Work Australia and the thriving not-for-profit tech community, Men Championing Change (Sydney & Melbourne), before establishing Project F in late 2018.

Mike Dickerson

Mike joined ClickDimensions from PGi, a global provider of web conferencing software and collaboration technology, where he served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.

In that role, he developed partnerships with some of the biggest players in the technology industry, including Microsoft.

Mike is also known for his entrepreneurial passion, having founded two startups that have since been sold and working for a venture capital firm that helped technology companies flourish. 

Alina Timofeeva

Alina is a Senior Manager with KPMG UK Digital Lighthouse, specializing in Cloud & Advanced Analytics. 
 
She has been actively contributing to the development, growth, and sales of innovative solutions working with Tier 1 clients like JPMorgan, Credit Suisse & HSBC. 
 
Alina has received a number of recognitions, including TechWomen100 and Rising Star (Highly Commended) by Women in Tech Excellence Awards. 

Dr Joanne Rewcastle

Joanne is a digital engagement professional in DWP Digital, part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Joanne leads strategic engagement internally for our digital community and across government, through events, social media, creative content and collaborative partnerships in the digital sector. 

Building an inclusive environment is a priority. Joanne leads an award-winning Digital Voices programme which builds confidence and engagement skills for women in digital roles, raising their profile as advocates for diversity and inclusion, and working in DWP Digital.

Ian Gotts

Ian is passionate about providing the tools and training to help customers reduce the risk and improve the adoption of their Salesforce implementations. He’s been a Salesforce customer over the last 18 years and a regular speaker at Dreamforce, World Tour and Dreamin’ events.

He was also co-founder and CEO of NimbusPartners, a BPM software company for 15 years that was a Salesforce reference customer. He guided the company from a start-up to a successful exit into TIBCO, where he was Chief Evangelist.

Ian was on Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Advisory Council for four years and spoke in their World Partner Conference keynote.

Amber Takahashi

Amber is a Software Engineer within the FinTech industry.

In addition to her role as a Software Engineer, she’s the Founder of Brown Girl, Tech World, and partner in 3515 Strategy and Design.

She strives to drive inclusion and innovation within the tech industry by creating human-centered products and initiatives. 

Chris Howell

With over 15 years’ experience in channel transformation across areas such as modern workspace, security and infrastructure and having spent time at the likes of Sophos, Microsoft and Barracuda Networks, he is a leading public cloud security evangelist. 

Outside of the office, Chris is a parent of two, a big football fan, and youth coach at Caversham AFC. 

Elham Fardad

Elham’s professional career spans 25 years in senior leadership roles in blue chip multinationals including GE, News Corp and Ernst & Young, where she has advised clients on their most challenging operational problems.
 
Elham advises leadership teams on strategy, operations and talent. She is the Founder and CEO of the charity Migrant Leaders, Co-Founder and CEO of ID Inclusion and is a member of multiple Advisory Boards.
 
She’s also been a finalist for several awards for her work on Migrant Leaders, including Charity Times Charity of the Year and the IoD Director of the Year.

Henning Heesch

Henning is the founder and CEO of the business and IT consulting company entero AG, which supports clients with the implementation of Salesforce and SAP-based solutions.

Before founding entero, Henning initiated and accompanied change management processes as an Employee Development Manager at Dow Chemical. He then learned the consulting business at Accenture, a global consultancy.

Henning holds a degree in process engineering from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg.

Ellie Barrett

Ellie is Alliances Director EMEA and ROW for Natterbox, a global telephony provider 100% integrated with the Salesforce platform. 
 
She has been in the Salesforce Ecosystem for 5 years and has been responsible for taking Natterbox from a Salesforce ISV to a Strategic Partner, as well as playing a significant part in the launch of the North American business.
 
In her current role, she focuses on enabling the Salesforce Ecosystem and System Integrators to recognise the opportunity to transform customer experience and implement end-to-end digital transformations with telephony.
 
Ellie holds a degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University. She is also an active member of Women in Technology groups at Salesforce.

Terry W. Phelps Jr

Terry is the Senior Vice President, Managed Information Systems, for both Local Government Federal Credit Union and Civic Federal Credit Union.

With over 28 years of professional experience in Information Security and Information and Technology (I&T), Terry is responsible for information security, networking, data integrations, DevOps, physical security, disaster recovery, technology support operations, project management and facilities.

Terry also serves in advisory roles for various organization including North Carolina Technology Association, Credit Union Technology Council, and Vision Financial Federal Credit Union, where he works with organizations to advise them on business and technology related matters to help them and their clients achieve optimal success.

A graduate of Cardwell Leadership Institute for Executive Leadership, UNC Executive Development Institute, and UNC School of Government, Certified Government Chief Information Officer Program (CGCIO), he earned his Master Certificate in Information Security Management from Villanova University, and also served seven years Active Duty in the United States Army.

Maxine Nwaneri

Maxine is the Founder and CEO of The Future is Greater, a professional services firm that helps companies retain, develop, and advance top diverse talent to drive business results.

Her company has helped clients on five continents achieve extraordinary results through executive coaching, consulting, workshops and other solutions based on proprietary processes developed from over two decades of dedication to radical development and transformation.

Nabila Salem

As President of Revolent, Nabila is responsible for leading on the creation of talent. 

With 15 years of leadership experience in professional services, tech recruitment, and marketing based in the UK and USA, Nabila previously worked at FDM Group and IBM.

Nabila plays an active role in encouraging, supporting, and promoting diversity in the workplace and was recognized in Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 List 2019.

Zoë Morris

As President of niche tech recruitment firm Frank Recruitment Group, Zoë oversees business and sales operations, employee training, and hiring initiatives.

She has played a vital role in building the company into the global, award-winning that it is today–under Zoë’s leadership, Frank Recruitment Group has consistently achieved substantial year-on-year growth.

Before joining the business as Chief Operations Officer in 2016, Zoë spent 18 years at Hays plc, where she rose to the position of Director at their flagship office in London.

Aaron Rees

Aaron is a cloud innovator with vast experience in driving cloud adoption and improvements across a range of companies from global corporates to start-ups.

As the founder of Rebura, one of the UK’s fastest-growing AWS Advanced Consulting Partners and AWS Rising Star Partner of the Year 2020, Aaron has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing pioneering solutions in the cloud computing environment.

Daljit Bamford

Daljit has worked in the technology sector for 19 years; her previous role as Chief Customer Officer (UKI) at Salesforce saw the Oxford graduate work with senior leaders across the business spectrum to help them transform their companies. Prior to her time with Salesforce, Daljit spent 13 years with digital foundation specialists Alternative Networks, and more recently volunteered as a Social Media Advocate with The Trussell Trust, an organization that aims to tackle poverty and hunger in the United Kingdom.
