The Digital Revolution Awards were born online as a way to shine a light on tech individuals and organizations who had kept the wheels turning during the pandemic. However, even when we were able to host in-person events, many people still wanted to continue to celebrate online. To make our awards as inclusive as possible, we listened—and the awards continued online in 2023!

Tara has over 25 years’ experience in the IT and Communications industry in the UK and Australia, and joined the Salesforce Australia/New Zealand leadership team in May 2020. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the Salesforce Australia and New Zealand Channels and Alliances team. She leads a dedicated group who manage strategic relationships, align to industry and customer segments, and drive the Salesforce strategy, growth and customer success initiatives with partners. Quinton has led multiple strategy-led and technology-enabled engagements implementing digital sales and commerce capabilities in consumer goods, business services, manufacturing, and financial services industries.

Fiona Guiducci

Global Complete Care Category Lead | Hewlett Packard Enterprise

As well as her interest in inclusion and diversity as part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s DEI global team, Fiona leads category management for the best of breed service in the firm’s portfolio. Her role involves making sure that global sales across ten different regions are successful, having worked in many roles in her 20 years with the company previously. Prior responsibilities have been within services and consulting, including launching then leading her local business unit during critical datacentre building. A certified auditor for Six-Sigma and a continuous process improvement and process reengineering expert, Fiona has also served as Senior Consultant at PwC, and Process Improvement Manager at Lucent Technologies.

Rajesh Ahuja

Rajesh is Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Infosys. He is an experienced leader in various facets of human resources management, covering business partnering, talent acquisition, compensation management, org development and communications. Rajesh is a well-respected people manager with experience of managing large cross-cultural teams across various geographies, and a rich cultural experience working and living in India, UK and South East Asia. Caroline Fox is the Global Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Lead at Tenth Revolution Group. Sabrina currently holds the position of Head of Technology, Cyber and Resilience Risk at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Prior to joining LSEG in January 2019, Sabrina was Group CISO for four years, at Equiniti, where she set up and matured its group security function and delivered its cybersecurity transformation programme. Prior to that she held senior roles at AXA Group and VISA EMEA managing Security and Risk, and is a guest lecturer in Information Security at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Simon Bennett

Simon’s extensive experience has been gained from working across a broad spectrum of customers in different industries. Jo Wright

Charity Trustee | Back Up

Jo spent most of her career at IBM, joining as a trainee salesperson. When she left she was an experienced corporate executive specializing in complex stakeholder management and relationships, and new business big-ticket-growth concept evaluation, from strategy to execution.

Jo acquired a Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) that left her a paraplegic and reliant on a wheelchair. For the last 7 years, she has been a trustee of the Back Up Trust which supports people affected by SCI by giving them the skills and confidence to lead a full life. She served as Chair of Trustees until last year, and in this time developed a particular interest in the application of technology across the public sector and using tech to make a difference.

Simon Hall

Head of EMEA Professional Services Delivery | Rackspace Technology 

Simon is responsible for Rackspace Technologies’ Professional Services Team in Europe, Middle East and Africa, where he has the privilege of leading a team of expert architects, engineers and consultants supporting the company’s customers on their journey to the public cloud. Simon has worked in IT for over 20 years, starting in interactive television and leading professional services and consulting teams for Accenture, EMC and Dell.

Hernán Gabrieli

Hernán Gabrieli is a management consultant with more than 28 years of worldwide experience in business transformation. Driven by a passion in technology and innovation, he takes pride in providing the best professional advice to his clients across different geographies. As a Technology Transformation Leader he has delivered success stories to large corporations within the energy, banking, media, private equity and consumer products industries. 

Faith Jamieson

Faith has worked in a variety of banking technology roles for the past 28 years, including 16 at NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland and 12 at Barclays, where she is today. She started her career as a mainframe COBOL/DB2 developer and worked her way around a multitude of technology delivery roles within retail, transaction banking, risk, finance, digital channels, and corporate. Currently working as a Programme Director for a critical payments related programme, she’s also a London Co-Chair of Barclays Women in Technology, which aims to increase recruitment and retention of women in technology roles, and is a keen ally for all Diversity, Equity and Inclusion pillars.

Matthew Farrell 

Managing Director | Accenture 

Matt is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group and has been focused on Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem since 2008. During this time he has led multiple strategic initiatives and programs across functional capabilities, industries, and geographies. His current role sees him leading the Salesforce healthcare, life sciences and public sector industry segments globally, which includes responsibility for originating and delivering the firm’s most strategic offerings, accounts and programs.

Robert Eickmeyer

Director | Digital Customer and New Business

Robert co-leads the Customer Transformation practice group within PwC’s Financial Services Transformation Team, and has around 10 years of consulting experience focusing on projects related to digitization of customer-centric products. Besides his in-depth knowledge in professional services for the retail banking and insurance segment, Robert also has a strong footprint in developing cross-industry business models.

Rob McCargow

Technology Impact Leader | PwC

Rob leads market activation for PwC’s cloud and digital transformation business in the UK. He is a leading voice in the field of AI and an evangelist for the responsible and ethical adoption of technology and its impact upon society. He’s a Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School, and a founding board member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI. HR Magazine ranks him as an ‘HR Most Influential Thinker’, Onalytica cites him as a ‘Who’s Who in AI’, and he was voted ‘Tech Community Leader of the Year’ at CogX. He won Editor’s Choice at the TechWomen100 Awards and is a Male Agent of Change finalist at the Everywoman in Tech Awards in recognition of his championing of the women in tech agenda. 

Dr Paul Williams

UK Division President | Maximus

Prior to his current position, Dr Paul Williams served as Managing Director and Programme Director for Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA), a division of Maximus. He graduated from Leeds Medical School in 1987 before becoming a full-time GP in 1992. In 2001, his interest in the impact of health on work, and of work upon health, led him to retrain as a specialist in Occupational Medicine. His extensive track record in high-profile clinical leadership roles includes the NHS, Forensic Medicine, Jaguar Land Rover, Local Government, the Police Force and JCB. Dr Williams recently stepped down from teaching postgraduate students in occupational medicine for Manchester University but continues to mentor future clinical service leaders within Maximus and the wider occupational medicine community.

Imran is a veteran of the technology industry, with over 20 years’ experience in leadership positions in digital innovation and strategy. A specialist in identifying business expansion opportunities, he helps develop profit-generating strategies for key clients and stakeholders in industries that include financial services, health care and US government agencies, as well as transformation that leverages human-centered design principles. Imran has a storied commitment to fostering digital innovation, and is passionate about making technology easier for people to use.

Jo spent most of her career at IBM, joining as a trainee salesperson. When she left she was an experienced corporate executive specializing in complex stakeholder management and relationships, and new business big-ticket-growth concept evaluation, from strategy to execution.

Jo acquired a Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) that left her a paraplegic and reliant on a wheelchair. For the last 7 years, she has been a trustee of the Back Up Trust which supports people affected by SCI by giving them the skills and confidence to lead a full life. She served as Chair of Trustees until last year, and in this time developed a particular interest in the application of technology across the public sector and using tech to make a difference.
