  1. The Promoter

The Digital Revolution Awards are organised by Tenth Revolution Group (a trading name of Frank Recruitment Group Services Limited) with its registered office at The St. Nicholas Building, St. Nicholas Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1RF

  1. The Competition
    2.1 The title of the competition is Digital Revolution Awards. Three initial awards will be held in UK (London), US and Germany in April 2023, locations and dates to be confirmed.  They will be followed by a global award in April 2023 (date to be confirmed) to be delivered virtually from our website.
    2.2 The Digital Revolution Awards celebrate the very best individuals and businesses in the cloud ecosystem. The awards recognise the power of the cloud to digitally transform our world; to help us live better and achieve more.
    2.3 Any company or individual operating, or who has operated, in the cloud industry is eligible to be nominated.
  1. Categories and Criteria
    3.1 The categories available, the description for each category and the criteria the nominations will be measured against can all be found here . When submitting your nomination please confirm for which awards the nomination is for.
    3.2 All regional nominations will automatically be nominated for the global awards.
    3.3 Global award nominations can be made from entrants not based in either UK, US or DACH.
  2. How to enter
    4.1 The Competition will run from 3pm (GMT) on Monday 11th July 2022 (the “Opening Date“) to 9pm (GMT) on Friday 31st October 2022 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
    4.2 All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter online via the website by no later than 9pm GMT on the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    4.3 To enter the Competition send a completed entry form, which can be found on the Awards page here by the Closing Date following the below criteria:
    (a) 100 minimum words – 400 maximum words OR a 3 minute video highlighting why the nominee should win in reference to the criteria;
    (b) If sending a video, please post the URL to this within the text box of the application form instead of outlining your application in written form. Links to websites such as YouTube or files hosted on your own website are accepted. Please do not send any links to file transfer websites such as DropBox or WeTransfer, or any links that will expire.
    (c) Include as much evidence as possible to support your nomination;
    (d) Only one nominated per category but you can nominate yourself or others for multiple categories;
    Product or project based nomination must have been completed no earlier than 31st October 2022.
    4.4 No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
    4.5 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind or which have been submitted other than via the online form. By submitting a competition entry, accepting a nomination, prize or award, you consent to the Promoter’s posting of any picture of yourself, your image or likeness on the Award’s website as well as your voice, name, age, place of employment and title for the purpose of marketing, advertising or promoting the Awards.
    4.6 By submitting a competition entry, accepting a nomination, prize or award , you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    4.7 By submitting a competition entry you are agreeing to the nomination being included in the global awards ceremony. If you wish to opt-out of the global awards please contact Josie Middleton (middleton@tenthrevolution.com).
    4.8 For help with entries, please see the FAQ page here or email info@digitalrevolutionawards.com.
    4.9 The competition entries will be judged by a panel of judges reviewing the criteria for each award. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.
    4.10 A list of names of the judges can be viewed on DigitalRevolutionAwards.com from the Closing Date for a period of at least 30 days.
  1. Eligibility
    5.1 The competition is open to all aged 18 years or over, except:
    (a) employees of the Promoter or its sister, holding or subsidiary companies; or
    (b) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    5.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
    5.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
    (a) automatically generated by computer;
    (b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
    (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
    (d) photocopies and not originals; or
    (e) incomplete
    5.4 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
    5.5 Competition entries cannot be returned.
  2. The prize
    6.1 The prize for the winner is:
    (a) A bottle of personalised champagne;
    (b) A physical plaque detailing the award; and
    (c) A digital badge to be displayed on your website.
    6.2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
    6.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
    6.4 In order to claim the prize you must have attended the virtual awards ceremony (or sent a representative to attend in your absence) and provide the Promoter with the address you would like the prizes to be sent to.
    6.5 If you win the prize, you are responsible for filing and paying any federal, state or local taxes that arise out of winning the prize.
  3. Winners
    7.1 The decision of the judges nominated by the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    7.2 The Promoter will announce the winner(s) at the virtual awards ceremony in April 2023 (date TBC).
    7.3 The Promoter may publish the surname and country of major prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries on DigitalRevolutionAwards.com and/or our social media channels (Announcement Date). In relevant jurisdictions your express consent will be sought before being published.
    7.4 Where express consent is not required, and if you object to any or all of your surname, county and/or winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at info@digitalrevolutionawards.com.
  4. Claiming the prize
    8.1 Please allow 40 days for delivery of the prize once you have provided your delivery details.
    8.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
    8.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
    8.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
  5. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
    10.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
    10.2 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
  2. Data protection and publicity
    11.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also condition 3 and condition 7.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
  3. General
    12.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
    12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    12.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. El Concurso 2.1 El título del concurso es Digital Revolution Awards. 2.2 Los premios Digital Revolution Awards celebran a las mejores personas y empresas del ecosistema de la nube. 3. Categorías y criterios 3.1 Las categorías disponibles, la descripción de cada categoría y los criterios con los que se medirán las nominaciones se pueden encontrar aquí.
4. Como entrar 4.1 El Concurso se desarrollará desde las 15:00 horas (GMT) del lunes 28 de julio de 2021 (la “Fecha de apertura”) hasta las 21:00 horas (GMT) del jueves 30 de septiembre de 2021 (la “Fecha límite”) inclusive. 4.2 El Promotor debe recibir todas las inscripciones al Concurso en línea a través del sitio web a más tardar a las 9 p.m. GMT en la Fecha de cierre. Todas las inscripciones al Concurso recibidas después de la Fecha de cierre se descalifican automáticamente. 4.3 Para participar en el Concurso, envíe un formulario de inscripción completo, que se puede encontrar en la página de Premios aquí antes de la Fecha de cierre siguiendo los criterios a continuación:
  1. 300 palabras mínimas – 800 palabras máximas o un video de 3-5 minutos que destaca por qué el nominado debe ganar en referencia a los criterios;
  2. Si envía un video, publique la URL dentro del cuadro de texto del formulario de solicitud en lugar de describir su solicitud por escrito. Se aceptan enlaces a sitios web como YouTube o archivos alojados en su propio sitio web. No envíe ningún enlace a sitios web de transferencia de archivos como DropBox o WeTransfer, o cualquier enlace que caduque.
  3. Se pueden adjuntar enlaces como cobertura de prensa, páginas CSR o páginas de estudios de casos y no se toman como parte del recuento de palabras.
  4. Incluya tanta evidencia como sea posible para respaldar su nominación.
  5. Solo uno nominado por categoría, pero puede nominarse a sí mismo o a otros para múltiples categorías.

5. Elegibilidad 5.1 El concurso está abierto a todos los mayores de 18 años, excepto:
  1. Empleados del Promotor o sus compañías hermanas, controladoras o subsidiarias o
  2. Miembros de las familias inmediatas u hogares de (a) anteriores.
5.2 Al participar al concurso, usted confirma que es elegible para hacerlo y que puede reclamar cualquier premio que pueda ganar. El Promotor puede solicitarle que proporcione pruebas de que es elegible para participar al concurso. 5.3 El Promotor no aceptará inscripciones al concurso que sean:
  1. Generado automáticamente por computadora;
  2. Completado por terceros o a granel;
  3. Ilegibles, han sido alterados, reconstruidos, falsificados o manipulados;
  4. Fotocopias y no originales;
  5. Incompletas.
5.4 El Promotor se reserva todos los derechos para descalificarlo si su conducta es contraria al espíritu o la intención del concurso de premios.. 5.5 Las inscripciones a la competencia no se pueden devolver.
6. El premio 6.1 El premio para el ganador es:
  1. Una botella de champagne;
  2. Una placa física detallando el premio; y
  3. Una insignia digital que se mostrará en su página web.
6.2 Los premios están sujetos a disponibilidad. El Promotor se reserva el derecho de sustituir el premio por un premio de igual o mayor valor. 6.3 El premio no es negociable ni transferible. 6.4 Para reclamar el premio, debe haber asistido a la ceremonia virtual de premios (o haber enviado a un representante para que asista en su ausencia) y proporcionar al Promotor la dirección a la que desea que se envíen los premios.
7. Ganadores 7.1 La decisión de los jueces nominados por el Promotor es final y no se entablará ninguna correspondencia o discusión. 7.2 El Promotor anunciará a los ganadores en la ceremonia virtual de premios el viernes 25 de febrero de 2022. 7.3 El Promotor puede publicar el apellido y el país de los principales ganadores del premio y, si corresponde, sus trabajos ganadores en y/o nuestros canales de redes sociales (Fecha de anuncio). En las jurisdicciones relevantes, se solicitará su consentimiento expreso antes de ser publicado. 7.4 Cuando no se requiera el consentimiento expreso, y si se opone a que se publiquen o pongan a disposición alguno o todos sus apellidos, condado y / o participación ganadora, comuníquese con el Promotor en apply@digitalrevolutionawards.com.
8. Reclamación del premio 8.1 Por favor espere 40 días para la entrega del premio una vez que haya proporcionado sus detalles de entrega 8.2 El premio no puede ser reclamado por un tercero en su nombre. 8.3 El Promotor hará todos los esfuerzos razonables para contactar al ganador. Si no se puede contactar al ganador o no está disponible, el Promotor se reserva el derecho de ofrecer el premio al próximo participante elegible seleccionado entre las entradas correctas que se recibieron antes de la Fecha de cierre. 8.4 El Promotor no acepta ninguna responsabilidad si no puede hacerse con el premio.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad En la medida en la que lo permite la ley, el Promotor, sus agentes o distribuidores no serán en ninguna circunstancia responsables de compensar al ganador o aceptar ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier pérdida, daño, lesión personal o muerte que ocurra como resultado de la aceptación del premio, excepto cuando sea causado por negligencia del Promotor, sus agentes o distribuidores o la de sus empleados. Sus derechos legales no se ven afectados.
10. Propiedad de las inscripciones al concurso y derechos de propiedad intelectual 10.1 Todas las inscripciones al concurso y cualquier material adjunto enviado al Promotor pasarán a ser propiedad del Promotor al recibirlas y no se devolverán. 10.2 Usted acepta que el Promotor puede, pero no está obligado a hacerlo, hacer que su participación esté disponible en su sitio web y cualquier otro medio, ya sea conocido o inventado en el futuro, y en relación con cualquier publicidad de la competencia. Usted acepta otorgar al Promotor una licencia no exclusiva, mundial e irrevocable, por el período completo de cualquier derecho de propiedad intelectual en la entrada al concurso y cualquier material que lo acompañe, para usar, mostrar, publicar, transmitir, copiar, editar, alterar, almacenar, volver a formatear y sublicenciar la entrada al concurso y cualquier material que lo acompañe para tales fines.
11. Protección de datos y publicidad 11.1 El Promotor solo procesará su información personal como se establece en el la política de privacidad. Ver también las cláusulas 3 y 7.4, con respecto al anuncio de los ganadores.
12. General 12.1 Si existe alguna razón para creer que ha habido un incumplimiento de estos términos y condiciones, el Promotor puede, a su entera discreción, reservarse el derecho de excluirlo de participar en la competencia. 12.2 El Promotor se reserva el derecho de anular, suspender, cancelar o modificar el concurso de premios cuando sea necesario. 12.3 Estos términos y condiciones se regirán por la Ley inglesa, y las partes se someten a la jurisdicción no exclusiva de los tribunales de Inglaterra y Gales.

Der Wettbewerb 2.1 Der Titel des Wettbewerbs lautet Digital Revolution Awards. 2.2 Mit den Digital Revolution Awards werden die besten Einzelpersonen und Unternehmen im Cloud-Bereich ausgezeichnet. Die Preise honorieren die Möglichkeiten der Cloud, unsere Welt digital zu transformieren und uns dabei zu helfen, besser zu leben und mehr zu erreichen. 2.3 Jedes Unternehmen oder jede Einzelperson, das/die in der Cloud-Branche tätig ist oder war, kann nominiert werden.
3. Kategorien und Kriterien 3.1 Die verfügbaren Kategorien, die Beschreibung für jede Kategorie und die Kriterien, an denen die Nominierungen bewertet werden, finden Sie hier.
4. Teilnahmebedingungen 4.1 Der Wettbewerb beginnt am Montag, 28. Juli 2021 um 15 Uhr (GMT) (das “Eröffnungsdatum”) und endet am Donnerstag, 30. September 2021 um 21 Uhr (GMT) (das “Einsendeschluss”). 4.2 Alle Wettbewerbsbeiträge müssen beim Veranstalter online über die Website bis spätestens 21.00 Uhr GMT am Einsendeschluss eingehen. Alle Wettbewerbsbeiträge, die nach dem Einsendeschluss eingehen, werden automatisch disqualifiziert. 4.3 Um am Wettbewerb teilzunehmen, senden Sie ein ausgefülltes Teilnahmeformular, das auf der Seite unter “Nominate” hier zu finden ist, bis zum Einsendeschluss nach den folgenden Kriterien:
  1. mindestens 300 Wörter – maximal 800 Wörter ODER ein 3-5-minütiges Video, das verdeutlicht, warum der Kandidat in Bezug auf die Kriterien gewinnen sollte;
  2. Wenn Sie ein Video einsenden, geben Sie bitte die URL dazu im Textfeld des Antragsformulars an, anstatt Ihren Antrag schriftlich zu verfassen. Links zu Webseiten wie YouTube oder Dateien, die auf Ihrer eigenen Webseite hinterlegt sind, werden akzeptiert. Bitte senden Sie keine Links zu Webseiten zur Dateiübertragung wie DropBox oder WeTransfer oder Links, deren Gültigkeitsdauer abläuft.
  3. Links wie Presseberichte, CSR-Seiten oder Seiten mit Fallstudien können beigefügt werden und werden nicht in die Wortzählung einbezogen;
  4. Legen Sie so viele Beweise wie möglich zur Unterstützung Ihrer Nominierung bei.
4.4 Es ist kein Kauf erforderlich und die Registrierung für die Nutzung der Website ist gebührenfrei. 4.5 Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Haftung für Wettbewerbsbeiträge, die auf dem Übertragungsweg verloren gehen, verlegt, beschädigt oder verzögert werden, unabhängig von der Ursache, einschließlich z.B. infolge von Geräteversagen, technischen Störungen, System-, Satelliten-, Netzwerk-, Server-, Computerhardware- oder Softwarefehlern jeglicher Art oder die nicht über das Online-Formular eingereicht wurden. 4.6 Mit der Einreichung eines Wettbewerbsbeitrags erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, an diese Bedingungen gebunden zu sein. 4.7 Hilfe zu den Einträgen finden Sie auf der FAQ-Seite hier oder unter der E-Mail-Adresse: apply@digitalrevolutionawards.com. 4.8 Die Wettbewerbsbeiträge werden von einer Jury beurteilt, die die Kriterien für jede Auszeichnung überprüft. Die Entscheidung der Jury (die angemessen handelt) ist endgültig. 4.9 Eine Liste mit den Namen der Jury kann ab dem Einsendeschluss für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 30 Tagen auf der https://digitalrevolutionawards.com/judges.
5. Teilnahmeberechtigung 5.1 Der Wettbewerb steht allen Personen ab 18 Jahren offen, ausgenommen:
  1. Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters oder seiner Schwester-, Holding- oder Tochtergesellschaften; oder
  2. Mitglieder der unmittelbaren Familien oder Haushalte von (a) oben.
5.2 Mit der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb bestätigen Sie, dass Sie zur Teilnahme berechtigt und dazu befugt sind, einen eventuell gewonnenen Preis entgegenzunehmen. Der Veranstalter kann von Ihnen verlangen, dass Sie den Nachweis erbringen, dass Sie zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb berechtigt sind. 5.3 Der Veranstalter akzeptiert keine Wettbewerbsbeiträge, die:
  1. automatisch vom Computer generiert sind;
  2. von Dritten oder in Massenfertigung hergestellt werden;
  3. unleserlich sind, verändert, rekonstruiert, gefälscht oder manipuliert wurden;
  4. Fotokopien und keine Originale sind; oder
  5. Unvollständig sind.
5.4 Der Veranstalter behält sich alle Rechte vor, Sie zu disqualifizieren, wenn Ihr Verhalten dem Sinn und Zweck oder der Absicht des Preisausschreibens zuwiderläuft. 5.5 Wettbewerbsbeiträge können nicht zurückgeschickt werden.
6. Der Preis 6.1 Der Preis für den Gewinner ist:
  1. Eine Flasche Champagner;
  2. eine physische Auszeichnung, auf der die Auszeichnung detailliert aufgeführt ist; und
  3. Eine digitale Auszeichnung, der auf Ihrer Website angezeigt wird.
6.2 Die Gewinne sind abhängig von der Verfügbarkeit. Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, den Preis durch einen Preis von gleichem oder höherem Wert zu ersetzen. 6.3 Der Preis ist nicht verhandelbar oder übertragbar. 6.4 Um den Preis in Anspruch nehmen zu können, müssen Sie an der virtuellen Preisverleihung teilgenommen haben (oder in Ihrer Abwesenheit einen Vertreter zur Teilnahme entsandt haben) und dem Veranstalter die Adresse mitteilen, an die die Preise geschickt werden sollen.
7. Gewinner 7.1 Die Entscheidung der vom Veranstalter benannten Jury ist endgültig, und es wird keine Korrespondenz oder Diskussion geführt. 7.2 Der Veranstalter wird den/die Gewinner bei der virtuellen Preisverleihung am Donnerstag, den 25. Februar 2021, bekannt geben. 7.3 Der Veranstalter kann den Nachnamen und das Land der Hauptpreisträger und ggf. deren Gewinnerbeiträge auf https://digitalrevolutionawards.com und/oder unseren Social Media-Kanälen veröffentlichen (Ankündigungsdatum). In den entsprechenden Rechtsordnungen wird vor der Veröffentlichung Ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung eingeholt. 7.4 Wenn keine ausdrückliche Zustimmung erforderlich ist und wenn Sie Einwände gegen die Veröffentlichung oder Bereitstellung eines Teils oder der Gesamtheit Ihres Nachnamens, Ihres Landes und/oder Ihres Gewinnerbeitrags haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Veranstalter unter apply@digitalrevolutionawards.com.
8. Abholen des Preises 8.1 Bitte rechnen Sie mit 40 Tagen für die Lieferung des Preises, sobald Sie Ihre Lieferangaben gemacht haben. 8.2 Der Preis kann nicht von einer dritten Partei in Ihrem Namen beansprucht werden. 8.3 Der Veranstalter wird alle angemessenen Anstrengungen unternehmen, um den Gewinner zu kontaktieren. Wenn der Gewinner nicht kontaktiert werden kann oder nicht verfügbar ist, behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, den Preis dem nächsten teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmer anzubieten, der aus den richtigen Einsendungen, die vor dem Einsendeschluss eingegangen sind, ausgewählt wurde. 8.4 Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Verantwortung, wenn Sie nicht in der Lage sind, den Preis in Empfang zu nehmen.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, sind der Veranstalter, seine Vertreter oder Vertriebspartner unter keinen Umständen verantwortlich oder haftbar, den Gewinner zu entschädigen oder irgendeine Haftung für Verluste, Schäden, Personenschäden oder Tod zu übernehmen, die sich aus der Annahme des Preises ergeben, es sei denn, sie sind durch Fahrlässigkeit des Veranstalters, seiner Vertreter oder Vertriebspartner oder deren Mitarbeiter verursacht worden. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte werden nicht berührt.

Eigentum an Wettbewerbsbeiträgen und Rechte an geistigem Eigentum 10.1 Alle Wettbewerbsbeiträge und alle Begleitmaterialien, die beim Veranstalter eingereicht werden, gehen nach Erhalt in das Eigentum des Veranstalters über und werden nicht zurückgegeben. 10.2 Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass der Veranstalter Ihren Beitrag auf seiner Website und in allen anderen Medien, unabhängig davon, ob sie jetzt bekannt sind oder in Zukunft erfunden werden, und in Verbindung mit jeglicher Werbung für den Wettbewerb zur Verfügung stellen kann, aber nicht muss. Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, dem Veranstalter eine nicht-exklusive, weltweite, unwiderrufliche Lizenz für den gesamten Zeitraum aller geistigen Eigentumsrechte an dem Wettbewerbsbeitrag und allen Begleitmaterialien zu gewähren, um den Wettbewerbsbeitrag und alle Begleitmaterialien für diese Zwecke zu verwenden, anzuzeigen, zu veröffentlichen, zu übertragen, zu kopieren, zu bearbeiten, zu ändern, zu speichern, umzuformatieren und Unterlizenzen zu vergeben.
11. Datenschutz und Veröffentlichung von Informationen 11.1 Der Veranstalter wird Ihre persönlichen Daten nur wie in datenschutzrichtlinie angegeben verarbeiten. Siehe auch Ziffer 7.3 und Ziffer 7.4 in Bezug auf die Bekanntgabe der Gewinner.
12. Schlussbestimmungen 12.1 Wenn Grund zu der Annahme besteht, dass ein Verstoß gegen diese Bestimmungen und Bedingungen vorliegt, kann sich der Veranstalter nach eigenem Ermessen das Recht vorbehalten, Sie von der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb auszuschließen. 12.2 Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, den Wettbewerb für ungültig zu erklären, auszusetzen, abzubrechen oder zu ändern, wenn dies notwendig wird. 12.3 Diese Bestimmungen und Bedingungen unterliegen englischem Recht, und die Parteien unterwerfen sich der nicht ausschließlichen Gerichtsbarkeit der Gerichte von England und Wales.7
