UK Host - Tom Allen

We’re delighted to welcome award-winning comedian, writer, actor and presenter Tom Allen as host of the 2024 Digital Revolution Awards.

Since winning the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny competition in 2005, a title whose winners also include Peter Kay, Dylan Moran and Lee Mack, Tom has become a firm favorite on screen and stage in the UK. His ‘Absolutely’ stand-up tour was extended multiple times and sold over 50,000 tickets across 2018-19, including a date at the London Palladium which was filmed and broadcast on Channel 4.

As well as writing two Sunday Times bestselling memoirs, Tom’s TV credits include hosting BBC’s The Apprentice: You’re Fired show, as well as starring on the Great British Bake Off’s spin-off show An Extra Slice. He also hosts the hit podcast Like Minded Friends with fellow comedian and friend Suzi Ruffell, and his acting work has seen him appear in films alongside Hollywood heavyweights John Malkovich and James McAvoy.

Amanda Sleight

AWS Commercial Director (UK&I) | Amazon Web Services – UK&I
Amanda Sleight is currently the AWS Commercial Director (UK&I) and a 30-year IT veteran who began her career in South Africa. She has worked for a variety of IT vendors in global and EMEA roles, including Unisys, Visio, Microsoft and SAP, in a variety of customer and partner facing roles across both public and commercial segments. Today she leads the UK SMB business, accelerating customer outcomes with the use of technology. Amanda is passionate about developing and growing talent, is the co-chairman for the AWA Black Employee Network, champions Women in the Workplace and coaching and also mentors early in career talent.

Rob Smithson

UK Business Applications Lead | Microsoft
Rob is the lead for the Dynamics Business Group at Microsoft UK, spanning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. He is responsible for commercial ownership, business group strategy, go-to-market planning and product management of Microsoft Business Applications in the United Kingdom.

Ayesha Ansari

Director, Head of Data Products | Sage UK Limited
Ayesha Ansari is a Product Director at Sage, based in London and managing the firm’s data products within the newly formed Digital Network Business Unit. Ayesha was recruited to lead the product management division of this new function bringing her knowledge of the financial industry, technical aptitude, and business acumen across product management. Previously she was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, and a Product Lead for SWIFT Global Payments Innovation within transaction banking, responsible for end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, development and commercialization across EMEA, NA and APAC.

Neetu Kumar

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner | Centrica
Neetu Kumar is the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for technology as well as the Diversity and Inclusion lead across talent acquisition activities at Centrica PLC. Neetu has held a number of roles throughout her 20 years with the company, but has spent the last two years focused on hiring key talent into Centrica’s tech teams—and for the last year has also taken on leadership of a team of talent acquisition specialists as well as becoming the DE&I lead for all resourcing activities. Neetu is extremely passionate about building diverse workforces through inclusive and equitable hiring practices.

Darren is the CEO of Operative Consulting, a technology and operations advisory firm whose goal is to help business become more sustainable. He is a Technology leader with over 25 years’ experience across a range of sectors, most recently Group CIO for a $2bn global financial services organization based in London, UK. A strong believer in ‘outcomes not hours’, Darren has a passion for problem solving and ensuring processes deliver real value to a business. Outside of work you will likely find him taking long walks in the Sussex hills, or building yet another Lego model.

Rob McCargow

Technology Impact Leader | PwC

Rob leads market activation for PwC’s cloud and digital transformation business in the UK. He is a leading voice in the field of AI and an evangelist for the responsible and ethical adoption of technology and its impact upon society. He’s a Senior Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School, and a founding board member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI. HR Magazine ranks him as an ‘HR Most Influential Thinker’, Onalytica cites him as a ‘Who’s Who in AI’, and he was voted ‘Tech Community Leader of the Year’ at CogX. He also won Editor’s Choice at the TechWomen100 Awards and is a Male Agent of Change finalist at the Everywoman in Tech Awards in recognition of his championing of the women in tech agenda.

Annie Berkery

VP UKI Alliances | Salesforce
Annie joined Salesforce in 2010. In her role, she has responsibility for consulting partners in the UK and Ireland and works hard to drive customer success through the Salesforce Partner ecosystem. Inspired and enabled by salesforce’s 1:1:1 model, she is passionate about giving back and has volunteered with nonprofits in Nicaragua, Kenya, and Vietnam. Annie is also passionate about working with partners to ensure the ecosystem is diverse and reflects the world around us.

Marius Rubin

Chief Technology Officer | Credera UK
Marius leads Credera UK’s technology function, helping clients solve their most complex strategic challenges in AI, cloud, engineering, strategy, and transformation. As CTO he has overall responsibility for the company’s technical strategy and employees, both customer-facing and internal. An enthusiastic proponent of open source technologies, cloud-native architectures and DevOps, Marius has deep technical knowledge across data, software and infrastructure.

Courtney Holm

Vice President, Sustainable Futures | Capgemini Invent

Courtney’s role is to shape the way Capgemini creates long term, sustainable value for clients, enabling them with fresh perspectives and digital solutions so that they can play a transformative role in addressing planetary, people and systems challenges. She has a proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions across sectors, helping clients with a broad range of strategic and operational sustainability challenges. Courtney is an expert in facilitating multilateral collaboration around complex sustainable development challenges. As part of her role, she works across Northern Europe acting as the country lead for the UK and as Executive Sponsor for Invent for Society in the UK.

Kim Warren

Managing Consultant | Credera
Kim Warren is a non-binary IT consultant working for Credera, where they are also the internal diversity lead and have been instrumental in leading reviews of policies and practices to improve diversity and inclusion for colleagues from marginalized groups. Active in championing LGBT+ rights, they have worked with Trans in the City, Pride in Surrey and Diversity Role Models, as well as independently giving talks to a range of businesses. They were recognised as the British LGBT Awards Future Leader 2022, and also won the Diversity Ally of the Year category in the 2023 Digital Revolution Awards.

David Johnson

Operations Director | HSO
As Operations Director, Dave has overseen HSO’s organic growth in the UK over the last 10 years, having responsibility for project delivery and customer relationships. The company has grown to be one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics partners in the channel, with Dave responsible for creating hiring initiatives to underpin this, bringing new delivery capability into the team from outside of the channel and initiating a graduate recruitment program. Within his time in the IT services sector, he has been responsible for the creation of two Microsoft Dynamics delivery practices for different partners.

Helena Boulton

Director of Change Enablement EMEA | EPAM
Working in the IT and transformation space for over 25 years, what’s important to Helena is ensuring every person impacted by change is aware and engaged every step of the way—people are her passion. She is also a strong believer in linking the business case ROI to adoption of the tech and new ways of working, to promote and secure success. As a program/change director, Helena has led multi-functional teams across the globe in numerous sectors, delivering critical business, finance, operational and cloud technology solutions. For the last 10 years she has specialised in Salesforce, enabling companies to realise their CRM dreams.

Lee has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 10 years and is a member of the Salesforce Financial Services Partner Advisory Board. Jemma is responsible for leading growth and business strategy for Salesforce’s consulting partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Her background in sales and passion for leading high performing teams is what helps her to inspire and drive Salesforce Customer Success through the partner ecosystem. Alexis Normand

A graduate of HEC Paris and Sciences-Po Paris, Alexis serves as CEO and Co-Founder of greenly. He spent three years working in consulting at Booz & Company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, followed by two years at Saint-Gobain, before moving into tech at Withings. As B2B Director, he created the healthcare department and developed its activities in the US, until the company was purchased by Nokia. He co-founded Embleema, a Techstars company working on the FDA bioinformatics systems, before creating Greenly to fast-track GHG emissions tracking and energy transition.

Tiffany Willcox

Chief Technology Officer | Datapharm
With 20 years of tech leadership experience across a broad range of sectors including telecoms, retail and healthcare, Tiffany has led complex tech solutions and functions both globally and nationally in the UK. Most recently, she guided healthcare provider Marie Curie through a period of digital, data and tech transformation throughout its UK operations.

Laura Hyatt

Global Solutions Architect for AWS Resilience Hub | AWS
With 10 years of experience, Laura leads solutions architecture across the globe for AWS Resilience Hub, working with customers to help design more resilient architectures and making sure they are ready in the event of infrastructure disruptions. As well as working with customers, she sits within the service team itself, so is responsible for shaping the direction of this AWS service. Laura is also a champion of Women in Tech and developing the next generation of talent. Having set up the first AWS public sector intern program, she also mentors junior architects and runs events to encourage people to join and thrive in the cloud sector.

Ian Thomas

Ian is a twenty-year veteran of the data and analytics industry. Daniel is an experienced technology expert with a proven track record in Microsoft technologies. Mark Avdi

Mark is a seasoned technologist with a passion for building scalable cloud solutions and improving software productivity. Throughout his career, he has led and delivered numerous complex software solutions. His expertise and knowledge have been invaluable to the success of the Westpoint team and the technical direction of the company. As Chief Technical Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the company and guiding the development of cutting-edge software solutions. Mark is also the co-author of AWS CDK in Practice, a comprehensive guide that unveils the secrets of building maintainable and extensible cloud applications on AWS using the Cloud Development Kit (CDK).

Richard Hughes

Partner Strategy Director | Seer365
Richard is a Partner Strategy Director with over two decades of experience in the Microsoft channel. During this time he has carried out a number of local and global roles at both Microsoft and several leading systems integrators. He is currently part of the leadership team at Seer 365, helping partners around the world transform their traditional Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales and implementation models. Richard is a board member of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) for UK and EMEA and he is a strong believer in the power of organizations working and learning together. He is always happy to create links between great people and great organizations.

Simon Collinson

Area Vice President, Public Sector | Salesforce
Simon leads the Salesforce UK Public Sector team, focusing on central, regional, and local government, as well as defence, health, and blue light, with a passion for transforming public services in UK Government. His eight-year career in Salesforce has seen him hold several EMEA leadership positions as well as being an exec sponsor to a number of the organization’s key strategic customers. He also ran the Salesforce Customer Success Group responsible for delivering mission critical implementations. Kate Donaghy

Head of Business Technology | Secret Escapes
Kate, who recently won the 2023 TechWomen100 award, works as the Head of Business Technology at Secret Escapes. In her four years there she has transitioned from a Product Manager through to a Solution Architect and now works alongside others in the tech leadership team thinking about enterprise architecture. She’s passionate about the possibilities of tech and believes it should be harnessed in a human-centred way. She is also co-lead of the Women’s Network and takes an active role in creating the change she feels is critical.

With a wealth of experience in driving business and tech transformations, he is a stalwart leader who is recognized for building high-performing teams. Anima Verma

Director (Digital, Emerging Tech & Cloud) | EY
With more than 23 years as a technology leader, Anima brings in a wealth of experience across IT functions including cloud and emerging technologies, where she has led clients and teams towards a better working world enabled by technology. Her strong leadership as well technology expertise has been instrumental in driving cloud journeys for the strategic clients in her tenure at GE, Microsoft and now EY. She evangelizes cost-conscious and sustainable tech architecture/implementations to solve business problems.

Charlene Hunter, MBE

CEO & Founder | Coding Black Females
Charlene has a background in software development and technical architecture. She is the founder and CEO of Coding Black Females, a non-profit organization that inspires, provides opportunities, and showcases the talents of black women in tech. Charlene is also involved in the development and growth of a range of tech communities and as an advisor within education and technology. She is passionate about increasing diversity in tech.

Corrina joined Capgemini in 2013 and has been fully immersed in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2015. Now, in her role as Head of Salesforce Capabilities, she fuels growth, strategy, and people development at Capgemini. As a mother of five, she’s deeply committed to empowering women in IT and nurturing emerging talent, passionately advancing careers in tech for all.

Andrew Taylor

VP Sales, E2AP | Ready Education
Andrew is an experienced SaaS leader with over 10 years of experience in delivering digital engagement platforms for various users and sectors. In his role at Ready Education, he leads the go-to-market strategy for the company’s innovative products in Europe, Middle East, and Africa as well as Asia-Pacific. Andrew has had two successful exits, the most recent of which as the CEO of Collabco, a VC-backed start-up that provided a cloud-based mobile platform for education. Under Andrew’s leadership, Collabco experienced double-digit growth, quadrupling its revenue in under four years.

David Gillard

David has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 10 years, having built a number of consulting partners globally. He is an accomplished leader that specialises in creating high performing teams, attracting and nurturing the best talent in the market, and providing opportunity for individuals to develop and grow their capabilities to deliver high quality services to clients. He is incredibly passionate about supporting the next generation of tech talent and the ways the industry can drive this to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.

Ruth Ormsby

Senior Vice President Industries | Salesforce
Ruth is a Digital Transformation Leader with over 25 years’ experience of transforming companies and organizations, enabled by technology. She leads Industries for Salesforce UKI working with customers across a range of sectors and solutions and is a member of the UKI leadership team. Prior to joining Salesforce, Ruth spent nearly 10 years as a Managing Director at Accenture running technology sales and solution architecture, and was a member of the technology leadership team. She worked with a wide range of customers there, collaborating throughout the firm and across geographies. At Accenture, she also spent time as a leader in their health and public service business.

Bonnie Adams

Cloud Transformation Director within Financial Services | PwC
Bonnie is a Cloud transformation director in our PwC’s financial services cluster. With 25+ years in financial services and IT, she is also a Women in Cloud and neurodiversity advocate for PwC. She has worked on some of the largest cloud and digital transformations across the financial services sector, where she covered everything from the strategy to the delivery and execution.

Oliver Morison

Global AWS Technology & Sales Director | Devoteam
Oliver has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology leadership, both in client and consulting roles, focusing on technical, program and agile delivery, and business consultancy development. He has broad experience across both commercial and public sectors, including leading a major digital transformation program at the World Health Organization to support their management of the COVID pandemic response. In his recent role at AWS, he built a UK&I business accelerating customer outcomes for enterprise-level customers through agile cloud transformation. He brings this all together in his current role as the AWS Technology & Sales Director at Devoteam to accelerate AWS Cloud transformation for Devoteam’s customers and lead scaling of the AWS pillar across EMEA.

Rebecca Davis

Salesforce Solutions & Design Director | EPAM
Rebecca Davis, a trailblazer Salesforce Solutions & Design Director at EPAM Systems, possesses a rich background in executing successful digital transformations and implementing user-centric Salesforce solutions. Apart from instigating technological growth, she is also deeply invested in the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at the workplace. Her crucial work with LDN Apprenticeships, Revolent, and BlueRoad Academy to onboard fresh talent into the Salesforce community, further attests to her dedication to inclusivity, making her an ideal judge for the Digital Revolution Awards.

Craig Moss

Craig works with SI partners from AWS to drive cloud adoption at scale. A 20+ year veteran of the communications and software industry, with companies including Cable and Wireless, COLT and Oracle, Craig is a passionate believer in the power of partnerships to drive customer outcomes. A self-confessed geek, he also enjoys seeing how technology and talent merge to create innovation.

Faith has worked in a variety of banking technology roles for the past 28 years, including 16 at NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland and 12 at Barclays, where she is today. She started her career as a mainframe COBOL/DB2 developer and worked her way around a multitude of technology delivery roles within retail, transaction banking, risk, finance, digital channels, and corporate. Currently working as a Programme Director for a critical payments related programme, she’s also a London Co-Chair of Barclays Women in Technology, which aims to increase recruitment and retention of women in technology roles, and is a keen ally for all Diversity, Equity and Inclusion pillars.
