Amanda Sleight

AWS Commercial Director (UK&I) | Amazon Web Services – UK&I
Amanda Sleight is currently the AWS Commercial Director (UK&I) and a 30-year IT veteran who began her career in South Africa. She has worked for a variety of IT vendors in global and EMEA roles, including Unisys, Visio, Microsoft and SAP, in a variety of customer and partner facing roles across both public and commercial segments. Today she leads the UK SMB business, accelerating customer outcomes with the use of technology. Amanda is passionate about developing and growing talent, is the co-chairman for the AWA Black Employee Network, champions Women in the Workplace and coaching and also mentors early in career talent.

Rob Smithson

UK Business Applications Lead | Microsoft
Rob is the lead for the Dynamics Business Group at Microsoft UK, spanning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. He is responsible for commercial ownership, business group strategy, go-to-market planning and product management of Microsoft Business Applications in the United Kingdom.

Ayesha Ansari

Director, Head of Data Products | Sage UK Limited
Ayesha Ansari is a Product Director at Sage, based in London and managing the firm’s data products within the newly formed Digital Network Business Unit. Ayesha was recruited to lead the product management division of this new function bringing her knowledge of the financial industry, technical aptitude, and business acumen across product management. Previously she was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, and a Product Lead for SWIFT Global Payments Innovation within transaction banking, responsible for end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, development and commercialization across EMEA, NA and APAC.

Simon Macklin

Success Lead EMEA | Salesforce
Simon leads Salesforce’s EMEA Account Success team with accountability for the entire Salesforce book of business, the remit within his team is to drive customer business value realization in order to retain and grow the company’s footprint. He began his consulting career within call centres and workforce management software, helping to run and restructure large customer service and support teams at Mars and Wolseley UK. He joined Salesforce in 2010 and has held a number of roles in that time, during which he’s had a keen interest in coaching and mentoring to help develop further generations of talent.

Aga Biegluk

Regional Head of Talent Acquisition | Infosys
As the regional Head of Talent Acquisition at Infosys, Aga oversees hiring in over 30 countries throughout EMEA. A strong believer in the power of people, human relationships and the culture of collaboration, she is passionate about maintaining an inclusive, supportive, friendly work environment and the constant pursuit of new creative ways to increase efficiency and productivity.

Lee Foster

Chief Technology Officer | Opencast
Lee has over two decades of experience in strategy, architecture and technology consulting. Prior to joining Opencast as Chief Technology Officer he led global IT enterprise and solution architecture functions at FTSE 100 software company Sage, and has worked with a diverse range of public and private sector clients, shaping technology-enabled business solutions on major transformation programs for Capgemini, BT Global Services and Atos.

Neetu Kumar

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner | Centrica
Neetu Kumar is the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for technology as well as the Diversity and Inclusion lead across talent acquisition activities at Centrica PLC. Neetu has held a number of roles throughout her 20 years with the company, but has spent the last two years focused on hiring key talent into Centrica’s tech teams—and for the last year has also taken on leadership of a team of talent acquisition specialists as well as becoming the DE&I lead for all resourcing activities. Neetu is extremely passionate about building diverse workforces through inclusive and equitable hiring practices.

Darren Sharp

Group CIO | Tokio Marine Kiln Group
Darren Sharp is an Information Technology leader with over 25 years’ experience across a range of sectors including Mid-Size Enterprise, central government and the private sector—and is currently CIO for a $2bn global financial services organization based in London, UK. His experience includes company and team integrations, service optimization, financial management and much more. A strong believer in ‘outcomes not hours’, Darren has a passion for problem solving and ensuring processes deliver real value to a business. Outside of work you will likely find him taking long walks in the Sussex hills, or building yet another Lego model.

Rob McCargow

Technology Impact Leader | PwC

Rob leads market activation for PwC’s cloud and digital transformation business in the UK. He is a leading voice in the field of AI and an evangelist for the responsible and ethical adoption of technology and its impact upon society. He’s a Senior Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School, and a founding board member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI. HR Magazine ranks him as an ‘HR Most Influential Thinker’, Onalytica cites him as a ‘Who’s Who in AI’, and he was voted ‘Tech Community Leader of the Year’ at CogX. He also won Editor’s Choice at the TechWomen100 Awards and is a Male Agent of Change finalist at the Everywoman in Tech Awards in recognition of his championing of the women in tech agenda.

Annie Berkery

VP UKI Alliances | Salesforce
Annie joined Salesforce in 2010. In her role, she has responsibility for consulting partners in the UK and Ireland and works hard to drive customer success through the Salesforce Partner ecosystem. Inspired and enabled by salesforce’s 1:1:1 model, she is passionate about giving back and has volunteered with nonprofits in Nicaragua, Kenya, and Vietnam. Annie is also passionate about working with partners to ensure the ecosystem is diverse and reflects the world around us.

Marius Rubin

Chief Technology Officer | Credera UK
Marius leads Credera UK’s technology function, helping clients solve their most complex strategic challenges in AI, cloud, engineering, strategy, and transformation. As CTO he has overall responsibility for the company’s technical strategy and employees, both customer-facing and internal. An enthusiastic proponent of open source technologies, cloud-native architectures and DevOps, Marius has deep technical knowledge across data, software and infrastructure.

Courtney Holm

Vice President, Sustainable Futures | Capgemini Invent

Courtney’s role is to shape the way Capgemini creates long term, sustainable value for clients, enabling them with fresh perspectives and digital solutions so that they can play a transformative role in addressing planetary, people and systems challenges. She has a proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions across sectors, helping clients with a broad range of strategic and operational sustainability challenges. Courtney is an expert in facilitating multilateral collaboration around complex sustainable development challenges. As part of her role, she works across Northern Europe acting as the country lead for the UK and as Executive Sponsor for Invent for Society in the UK.

Kim Warren

Managing Consultant | Credera
Kim Warren is a non-binary IT consultant working for Credera, where they are also the internal diversity lead and have been instrumental in leading reviews of policies and practices to improve diversity and inclusion for colleagues from marginalized groups. Active in championing LGBT+ rights, they have worked with Trans in the City, Pride in Surrey and Diversity Role Models, as well as independently giving talks to a range of businesses. They were recognised as the British LGBT Awards Future Leader 2022, and also won the Diversity Ally of the Year category in the 2023 Digital Revolution Awards.

Returning once more as host for our 2023 UK and Global awards is Maxine Nwaneri.

Maxine is the Founder and CEO of The Future is Greater, a professional services firm that helps companies retain, develop, and advance top diverse talent to drive business results.

Her company has helped clients on five continents achieve extraordinary results through executive coaching, consulting, workshops and other solutions based on proprietary processes developed from over two decades of dedication to radical development and transformation.

Prior to setting up her practice, Maxine obtained her MBA from Cambridge University, and acquired over 15 years’ experience in the technology and financial services industries. Her work has been featured on TV and several stages and publications internationally including HuffPost, Success Magazine, and Thrive Global.
