Chris is the Founder and CTO of bigspark, one of the UK’s Top 100 fastest-growing companies. With over 15 years of consulting experience in the Financial Services sector, he’s a principal engineer and technology leader specializing in data platforms and the industrialization of data engineering delivery.
Dina is Director of Digital Natives UK at Databricks, bringing over 18 years of experience in the data and artificial intelligence sectors. Her background includes business intelligence and analytics, master data management, integration solutions, data management, and AI, supported by deep expertise in business transformation through cloud and SaaS technologies. A recognised female sales leader and woman of color, Dina is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion, championing the importance of diverse viewpoints for innovation and industry equity. She joined Databricks post-Series D as part of the early EMEA sales team and has seen the company scale from 300 to 8,000 people, gaining firsthand experience in rapid growth, people leadership, sales methodologies, and technology adoption. Her strategic focus includes building strong client partnerships through the Built-On and Marketplace initiatives, helping technology companies monetise their industry expertise through data and AI.
Jessica is the Managing Director of Cosimo Consulting, leading the firm’s strategy, client delivery, and growth across major transformation initiatives. She works with senior stakeholders to modernise technology, improve operational performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes, known for her people-focused and high-clarity leadership style.
Jessica is also a double world record breaker, holding the title for Fastest Female Pair to row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in 2022 and Fastest Overall Pair to row 2,800 miles across the Pacific Ocean in 2024. She won the World’s Toughest Row Pacific 2024 Female Class and has raised over £130,000 for Shelter, Women’s Aid, and Mind through endurance challenges. Today he drives Cloudscaler’s strategic growth, helping clients deliver secure, scalable, high-impact cloud and AI solutions that support long-term digital resilience and innovation.

Steve is CTO at Leighton with more than 24 years of experience delivering technology solutions for global brands including British Airways, Avios, and International Airlines Group. A specialist in cloud-native and serverless technologies, he has spent the past decade focusing on AWS and is recognised as an AWS Community Builder, one of only four in Newcastle.
He co-created on:tech, a technical blog and event series for AWS and software development, and is a driving force behind the AWS North Community Conference, which welcomed more than 150 professionals in its inaugural year in 2025. An international speaker, Steve has presented at the World Aviation Festival in Lisbon and regularly supports local AWS User Groups. He also champions open-source innovation at Leighton through several Leighton Tools packages.
