Best Microsoft Partner to Work For

In our Best Microsoft Partner to Work For award, we’re on the lookout for the most well-rounded Microsoft partner – with a laser-like focus on all elements of the partner’s employee brand.

Criteria

We’re looking for Microsoft partners who can demonstrate excellence in the following areas: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); CSR; sustainability; employee health and wellbeing; training and certification; talent attraction and retention in the partner ecosystem.

This award is for Microsoft partner organizations only. If you’re a Microsoft customer or end user, you can apply for our Exceptional Cloud Team of the Year award.

Successful nominations should:
  • Describe how the nominee is excelling in at least two of the above criteria
  • Demonstrate how success in the above areas has led to increased talent attraction, retention and employee happiness
  • Reference key metrics and performance outcomes from the last 18 months
  • Include anything else relevant to this category that highlights the partner organization's innovative and forward-thinking approach
