The DEI Impact Award celebrates an individual or organisation driving meaningful, measurable progress in equity, diversity and inclusion within tech, setting new standards through bold leadership, advocacy or transformative change.
Criteria
Judges will be looking for individuals or organisations that have gone beyond standard DEI practices to deliver lasting, impactful change. This may include bold leadership, grassroots initiatives, transformative programmes or sustained efforts to build a more inclusive culture. Open to anyone working within the tech sector, including internal teams, community leaders or external advocates.
Successful nominations should:
Provide clear goals and measurable results in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion
Demonstrate innovative and sustainable DEI initiatives
Show tangible impact on underrepresented or marginalised groups within the tech community
Include evidence of embedding DEI into organisational culture, leadership or processes
