Our Excellence in Learning and Development Award spotlights an organisation leading the way in addressing the tech skills gap through innovative L&D initiatives, surpassing expectations from its learners and contributing to the collective upskilling of the technology workforce.

Criteria

Judges will be looking for an organisation that showcases a commitment to cultivating tech skills and that can demonstrate a positive impact on business goals and a return on investment.

Successful nominations should:
  • Provide an overview of the L&D initiative or programme and why it deserves recognition (programmes can be in-house or developed by a specialist tech training provider)
  • Include a description of the approach adopted and cite tangible examples of how they are effectively tackling the tech skills gap
  • List key metrics, milestones, or performance outcomes achieved so far
  • Summarise why this is a forward-thinking or unique programme in the tech space
