The trophies have been given out, toasts have been made and the canapés have been eaten. After four fantastic global events recognizing the work of organizations and individuals across the cloud industry, the Digital Revolution Awards 2023 season has come to a close.

Throughout the Digital Revolution Awards 2023 events, we saw many outstanding winners take the stage, receiving a round of applause for making a positive impact on our world through cloud technology.

Now it’s time to shine a spotlight on some of those worthy victors and showcase the fantastic work that made them winners in the Digital Revolution Awards.

In this Meet the Winners blog, we’re getting to know the winner of our Exceptional Cloud Employer of the Year award, KnowBe4.

Our Exceptional Cloud Employer of the Year acknowledges an organization in the cloud space that is pushing the boundaries of excellence for its employees: one that’s focused on creating an inclusive, healthy and happy environment where their people can balance doing their best work with living their best lives.

We were looking for an employer that can demonstrate a first-rate commitment to being the best place for cloud professionals to build a rewarding and fulfilling career. And cybersecurity training firm KnowBe4 turned out to be a perfect fit.

We spoke to Ani Banerjee, Chief Human Resources Officer at KnowBe4, to get his thoughts on the company’s win.

“We feel absolutely elated and just fantastic for winning the Exceptional Cloud Employer of the Year award,” said Ani.

“It’s a huge thing for us because we’ve worked really hard on our culture at KnowBe4 to make it an amazing place to work. And to have such a prestigious award externally recognize what we do and give us that feedback is just fantastic and phenomenal. So we feel on top of the world.

“The impact of winning can be massive for us. One of the things we’re trying to do at KnowBe4 is grow internationally in different markets. Being an employer of choice is going to keep our existing employees very proud and happy, and it’s also going to attract the best talent with an amazing culture in all the locations that we’re in currently and also in the future. I think it’s going to be really big for us and will help build our future.

“I would really encourage other businesses to take part in the Digital Revolution Awards because I think what it does is it really allows you to be thoughtful in terms of what you do, analyze, and ask the right questions. For me, it helps me reflect, and really quantify what we’ve done.

“It helps to think of the future as well. As I look at our future journey, I think this is really going to help us really understand the root cause of what we’re trying to do, so it’s been a fantastic process so far.”
